Help TopicTroubleshooting :  eNetBot event and error logs

eNetBot reports errors detected during its operation to the user through the user interface (the status page of the eNetBot control panel) and also a log file if configures to do so. The log file is populated with event and error logging information when logging is turned on. Logging can be turned on and off through the Settings page in the eNetBot control panel.

Privacy of the user needs to be taken into account by the user before sending out any potentially private log files that were written out when running eNetBot Mail with the logging level set to detailed.
