SUMMARY
I get this error message when I install
eNetBot Mail. What can I do?
CAUSE
This error occurs when the setup program finds an incompatible
version of OLEAUT32.DLL, OLDPRO32.DLL, ASYCFILT.DLL or STDOLE2.TLB
on your hard drive. The incompatible version was added to your
computer by another program, not eNetBot Mail.
SOLUTION
Follow this procedure to remove these incompatible files.
- Download and run this executable from Microsoft: Link
- When you run this executable, you must click Yes
when prompted to overwrite newer files. Do not click No or
No to All.
- Reboot the computer and start the
eNetBot Mail setup program
again.
