Problem with Update Wizard at startup

This install solves the problem with eNetBot displaying an error message when the PC reboots.

Windows ME Install problem

Some users using eNetBot Mail on Windows ME have reported a Install Shield 115 error. Install Shield support says that this error is reported when the install program tries to replace a file that is already locked by Windows ME. 

This install program is a new build with just a change made in the install program alone to account for potentially locked files.
