eNetBot Mail FAQ >> Errors & Troubleshooting

I often notice that messages that I send using eNetBot from Outlook Express have strange characters like '=20' and '=3D' embedded in the message? How do I correct this?

Select the Tools Menu >> options  menu from your Outlook Express Menu

Click on the tab for send options.

Click on the HTML settings button.

Make sure that the encode text using section is set to 'None'.

Repeat the same for Plain Text settings also.

Doing this should fix this problem.
