The most common reason for being unable to send mail using eNetBot through AOL is the lack of user information in the eNetBot Mail account editor.

If you have followed all the instructions, there could be a problem with the account editor setup alone. Please check whether you have the AOL screen name (screenname) only in the account editor and not the entire AOL email address (screenname@aol.com)

If this is the case, then just delete the existing entry in the account editor and then enter the correct information by clicking on the ADD button in the account editor.
