do I keep getting an error from my mail client saying that aol.eNetBot.com is not
available? The most
probable reasons for this error message are:
1. eNetBot mail is NOT currently executing on your PC
Look for the  icon in the system tray. eNetBot Mail
needs to be executing on your PC when you want to access AOL(TM) mail through your email
program. Start eNetBot Mail and try again.
2. Check if you have the right spelling for the pop3 and SMTP server -
aol.enetbot.com
3. Check if your free trial has expired if you are testing the product.
4. The host name resolution for
eNetBot mail is NOT setup properly on your PC. Send us an email to support@enetbot.com
