Mail sent from Outlook stays in the Outbox and eNetBot reports errors that the mail was
not sent
This problem occurs when
1. The AOL Mail server that eNetBot uses
to send mail through is not available. There are circumstances in which mail attachments
are not accepted by the AOL Mail server. The mail remains in the Outbox as unsent and the
problem in this case is with the avaialbility of the AOL mail servers.
Sometimes, the problem exists only for a
short duration. In some circumstances, the problem exists for much longer. In these cases,
we would suggest trying to send the same mails from another email client (like Outlook
Express) to make sure that its not the Outlook formatting thats being rejected by the AOL
Mail server.

2. Lack of information in the eNetBot
Mail account editor. Look at
