eNetBot offers email support to its users in addition to the various resources available for solving eNetBot Mail usage issues on this website.

9.   What version of Internet Explorer are you using? (you'll find it in the About Box of Internet Explorer)
The reason we require the version of Internet Explorer is because eNetBot Mail uses Internet Explorer to receive and send your email even though you may not use it as your default browser. In this connection, eNetBot Mail also requires a full installation of Internet Explorer installed and working on the same PC.
